All crew wages are handled through Nema Løn. Longliners and trawlers use the Settlement module, which is part of Nema LØN, while the larger vessels also use the dedicated Daily Wage scheme — also included in the system. The system is easy to work with, and in practice it simply “runs”. If we have questions, we call Nema, who are specialists in all wage and crew contract agreements.
